Norton VPN is a strict no-logs service. We do not record browsing history, DNS queries, traffic destinations, IP addresses or session timestamps.
We store only the minimum needed to operate the service: an anonymous account identifier, your subscription state (verified by Apple) and your selected language.
If you opt-in, we collect anonymous crash reports and aggregate connection-success metrics. These never include personal identifiers.
Payments are processed by Apple. Subscription validation may use RevenueCat. We never sell your data.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@nortonvpn.app.
